Keeps cool under pressure

The upgrade of the ZKG-2.5B is available in extended sizes and capacities up to 2400 liters. The ZKG-2.5 Plus also has an additional double jacket in the cone bottom for even better cooling and fermentation control in the single-tank process.

Otherwise, the ZKG-2.5B Plus, with its conical shape, offers all the advantages of the ZKG-2.5B: The higher approvement up to 2.5 bar working pressure gives the customer more range and possibilities for its application. The yeast collects in the cone and can be removed depending on the design, and the beer does not need to be transferred for maturation.

This model is also available with optional complete insulation for particularly efficient cooling circuit performance.

It is also the ideal supplement to the 100 / 200 / 500 or 1,000 litres Braumeister. The FD-2.5B-ZKG is approved for a pressure of up to 2.5 bar and quality documented by the TÜV, Germany's Technical Control Board. Optionally available with insulating sleeve for an even more efficient effect of the cooling jacket.

Double jacket

  • Welded double jacket for cooling with two connecting nozzles G 1" with external thread on the tank shell and on the cone

Pressure regulation

  • Nozzle NW25 DIN 11851 on top end to attach the T-piece armature for CO2-connection and a bunging valve

Temperature measurement

  • Weld-on thread NW 10 DIN 11851 for temperature measuring

  • Mounted on tank

Safety valve
